Denise McRoberts is the Founder & Managing Principal of TDAGO Holdings, LLC, a diversified real estate investment firm with a current portfolio in Arkansas. The strategy is straightforward: acquire well-positioned assets, develop their value, and operate them to deliver a premium guest experience and durable returns. Denise underwrites to yield-on-cost rather than exit-cap assumptions, pairing value-add repositioning with cost segregation and bonus depreciation to drive after-tax cash-on-cash returns. Before founding TDAGO in 2025, Denise spent 20 years in aerospace and defense leading large-scale transformation programs centered on value realization and operational efficiency. A PMP-certified project leader and active technology consultant, she has built four ventures exceeding or nearing $1M in value. “Real value takes vision, grit and time,” Denise says.
